My 2-step verification isn't working

Check the email and phone in Settings → My Account, or switch method in Settings → Security → Two-factor authentication. Codes expire quickly, so request a new one. For an authenticator app, set your phone's clock to automatic. Lost your phone? Use a passkey or a backup code. Still locked out? Contact support.

I have issues with Paypal

Make sure your PayPal account is verified and has a linked funding source. If you're redirected back with an error, try clearing your browser cookies and retrying. If the issue persists, contact support with the error message and we'll investigate.

Carpooling

What is Carpooling?

Sarwisi Carpooling connects passengers with drivers and bus operators traveling in the same direction. You can book seats on scheduled routes or join shared rides to reach your destination affordably. Browse available trips, select your seat, and pay with Sarwisi credits.

How do I cancel a trip?

For a shared ride, open the booking's conversation in your Inbox and tap "Cancel Booking". You can do this until the driver accepts, and your fare goes back to your wallet. To cancel after that, or to cancel a bus ticket, contact support (Settings → Report a problem).

Can I get a refund for a trip?

Fares are paid in Sarwisi credits when you book, and Sarwisi holds them until the trip is done. If you cancel before the driver accepts, the driver declines, or the ride fills up before your request is accepted, your fare goes back to your wallet automatically. For anything else, contact support with your booking details and we'll review it.

Can I cash out my Sarwisi credits?

Yes. Taskers, sellers and bus operators can cash out earned credits to the payout account saved in Settings (Wave, Orange Money or PayPal, depending on your country). You'll confirm it's you first. The amount is converted to your local currency.
