How to become a seller
Choose "Seller" when you sign up (business name, country, city), verify your email, add your payout details and pickup address, then upload your products.

A Seller account, products with clear photos, descriptions and prices, a shipping fee and area, your payout details and a pickup address.
How much does it cost to sell on Sarwisi?
Listing is free and there are no monthly fees. When an item sells, 15% is taken on the item price and shipping (items only for local delivery by a Sarwisi courier); buyers pay a separate 5% at checkout.
How to list products
From your seller dashboard, tap "Upload product". Add a name, description, photos, category, price, quantity, shipping area and fee, and return policy. After a quick automatic check, it appears on the marketplace.
How to deliver products
You set each product's shipping area, fee and delivery time. When the item is on its way, open the order and tap "Ship order". For Local items, a Sarwisi delivery tasker collects the parcel at your pickup address; print the label we send. You're paid when the buyer confirms receipt, at drop-off, or automatically 7 days after shipping.

How to refund or replace an order
You set your own return policy. Sort out problems with the buyer in the order's conversation. To refund after the item has shipped, contact support with the order number.
