How payments work

When you're hired, the poster prepays the first hour, held by Sarwisi. When you finish, a payment request goes to the poster: they approve it or raise a dispute within 24 hours; otherwise it's released automatically. Your earnings, minus the 15% service fee, go straight to your wallet.
